By using Chirpy, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

Chirpy is an AI-powered tool that generates YouTube video scripts based on the topic, niche, tone, and duration you select. Scripts are generated using third-party AI models and are provided "as is."

Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Chirpy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Credits

Free accounts receive 50 credits automatically every 7 days.
Credit packs are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions.
Credits do not expire and carry over indefinitely.
Each script generation costs 50 credits. If a script cannot be generated for a given request, no credits are deducted for that attempt.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Chirpy to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to decline generating scripts for topics that violate these terms, and to suspend accounts that repeatedly attempt to misuse the service.

Content ownership

You own the scripts generated through your use of Chirpy and are free to use them for your own video content.

Limitation of liability

Chirpy is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of generated content, including inaccuracies in generated scripts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Chirpy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
