Refund Policy

Credit packs purchased on Chirpy are one-time, non-subscription purchases. Because credits are delivered instantly and do not expire, we generally do not offer refunds once a credit pack has been purchased and credits have been added to your account.

How to request a refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please email CHIRPYAI00@gmail.com with your account email and details of the purchase (approximate date and amount). Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, and may take several business days to appear back on your original payment method depending on your bank or card issuer.
