This Privacy Policy explains what information Chirpy collects, how it's used, and your choices regarding that information.

Information we collect

Account information: your email address and name, provided when you sign in with Google.
Usage data: the topics, niches, tones, and durations you select, and the scripts generated, so they can be saved to your personal library.
Payment information: when you purchase a credit pack, payment is processed entirely by our payment provider, Paddle. We do not see or store your card details.

How we use your information

To operate your account, including tracking your credit balance and script history.
To generate scripts using a third-party AI service (Groq), which processes your prompt text to return a script.
To communicate with you about your account or purchases, if needed.

Third-party services

Chirpy relies on the following third-party services to operate:

Supabase — for account authentication and data storage.
Google — for sign-in authentication.
Groq — for AI script generation.
Paddle — for payment processing.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.

Data retention

Your account data and saved scripts are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete individual saved scripts at any time from within the app.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the information below.
